About

Helping you understand the pattern — and move forward with confidence

I am Natalia Aíza, MA, LPC, an OCD specialist, educator, and founder of Kairos Wellness Collective. I help individuals and families understand OCD and anxiety, change the patterns that keep them stuck, and find a clearer path toward recovery and independence.

Natalia Aíza

I know OCD from both sides

My relationship with OCD is both professional and personal.

I have lived with OCD myself, and I have dedicated my career to helping individuals and families understand how anxiety, avoidance, reassurance, and accommodation can quietly take over daily life.

That experience shapes the way I work. I bring empathy to the fear and frustration that OCD creates, but I also believe deeply in our ability to change the patterns that keep us stuck.

Compassionate, practical, evidence-based

OCD and anxiety pull families into cycles of avoidance, reassurance, accommodation, and conflict. My work focuses on helping you recognise those patterns and respond differently.

I draw on Exposure and Response Prevention, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and parent-based approaches such as SPACE — turning complicated clinical concepts into strategies you can actually use.
